Pottery is quite a precise craft, based on the laws of physics as well as aesthetics and functionality established over millennia. However, this precision can also bring a bit of monotony.
In my work, I enjoy introducing an element of surprise, something that cannot be defined or controlled, and in this way, I explore the boundaries of aesthetics and functionality.
